PRACTICE

Challenges visit everyone, and every person has a story to tell. As a board-certified Art Therapist, she utilizes the creative process and narrative therapy to build a safe space for you to grow and heal. This work is a collaborative, creative process of establishing preferred relationships with yourself and your world, or with your family and loved ones. She welcomes families, adults, teens, tweens, and children. She has experience working with anxiety and emotional challenges, loss, trauma, behavioral issues, ADHD, adoption, chronic pain, physical and sexual abuse, self harm, suicidal ideation, anger management, peer issues, and depression.

Sessions involve interacting with a range of art media, as well as talking and other activities according to the specific needs presented. Narrative conversations weave verbal communication into the visual and tactile experiences of creating.
